Murder! Now You See It -- Now You Don't!
Murder! Now You See It -- Now You Don't!
Subtitle: An Experience with Smoke & Mirrors in the Civilized USA!

April 29, 2003 -- Rare would be the person who has not heard of Scott Peterson who was recently charged with murder in the state of California. What makes this situation so interesting and highly controversial is that Peterson has not just been charged with the murder of his wife, Laci, but also with the murder of their unborn son!

Laci Peterson, who was 8 months pregnant, disappeared on Christmas Eve 2002. Human remains which washed ashore on San Francisco Bay a few days ago were positively identified as being that of Laci and her unborn son. Her husband, who had denied any knowledge of the disappearance, now is charged with killing them.

If anything, this event has sparked fierce debate and at the same time provides overwhelming evidence that old fashioned hypocrisy is very much alive and well in the good old U.S. of A!

Charge a man with the murder of an unborn baby? How can that be? Aren't unborn babies murdered all the time on an everyday basis in the "land of the free and the home of the brave" and you don't hear of 1st degree murder charges brought against those who do the killing, right? Well, yes, but it seems there is a line drawn here -- if an act of violence is committed against a pregnant women and the unborn child she is carrying dies as a result of that violent act, then the perpetrator can be charged with the crime of murder -- as in the Peterson case. Only in this incident, the mother was also murdered. But at the same time it is possible to dispatch thousands of unborn children each week and not a single murder charge is filed!

To add to this mixture, the Bush administration a few days ago called upon the members of Congress to support and pass what is known as the "Unborn Victims of Violence Act." Comments by the president's press secretary on the subject are quite interesting:

Asked whether it is appropriate for Scott Peterson to be charged with two murders, Bush press secretary Ari Fleischer responded that the president believes "when an unborn child is injured or killed during the commission of a crime of violence, the law should recognize what most people immediately recognize, and that is that such a crime has two victims.''

"The President calls on the House and calls on the Senate to again pass the Unborn Victims of Violence Act, so that the law can recognize what every mother and father know in their heart when an unborn child is taken through an act of violence, in the commission of a crime, just as we've seen in this case here,'' Fleischer continued.

Did you catch the latter statements with all the implications -- "…when an unborn child is taken through an act of violence, in the commission of a crime, just as we've seen in this case (ref. to Scott Peterson) here."

Now isn't that a fascinating phenomenon -- picture a woman who is pregnant, and a man assaults her and as a result of that assault, her unborn child dies -- the assailant is charged with murder.

BUT the same woman can go to a certain place at a prearranged time and encounter a man who wears a white coat which has his name stitched on the left side (beside his heart, if he has one!) and behind his name the letters "M.D." appear. This character can take some special "tools" and violently assault, mutilate, and murder the woman's unborn child! Now, try to fathom this -- not only did he assault and murder the child, but he is not charged with a crime and gets paid big bucks for the act -- that's why he and his breed can drive a Mercedes or a Porsche, live in a mansion, and send the kids to private schools and Ivy League universities!

The woman in this scenario who went into this special "place" carrying her unborn child will make her exit a short time later without the child and is not charged with a criminal act or being an accessory to a crime either -- it is her "constitutional right" to do what she did and to leave the "clinic" a few pounds lighter than when she arrived.

Alright -- now it's time for honesty to surface in this quagmire, and for us as citizens, and our leadership (political and church) to face up to this game of hypocrisy that we've been playing year after year -- this rank inconsistency -- this pretense of saying it's murder one time but other times it isn't murder!

Just how long do you think Almighty God is going to put up with this hypocritical charade on the part of us citizens and our leaders? He will make a response to this heinous nonsense -- you realize that, don't you in light of the fact that we are making the deadly mistake of judging that in one circumstance an unborn child is murdered but in another it is simply disposed of via a "medical procedure!" God has never accepted the ways of a hypocritical people and He certainly will make no exception for us.

Take a look -- ask yourself slowly and as honestly as possible -- was the individual pictured below the victim of a violent murder or was this just a simple "medical procedure" performed in a "sterile" environment due to a female exercising her "constitutional right?" If you have forgotten already, review again the president's belief on crime against an unborn child as quoted by his press secretary.

Is there any way you can say that the person above was not a victim of a vicious and very violent act -- even murder? Be careful now with your response -- and watch the use of that word, "But..." -- the way to a devil's hell is paved with cobblestones and each stone has the word "But..." etched on it!

Unborn Children Brutally
Mutilated & Murdered in USA

since Laci Peterson's unborn
son was murdered
December 24, 2002

Watch this for about 60 to 90 seconds
and see what happens!

None of us will want to be within the borders of this country when God fully responds to a people and its leaders who cannot intelligently determine what is murder and what isn't!

Perhaps Scott Peterson's biggest mistake was not wearing a white coat with the letters "M.D." stitched on it -- at least he could have gotten off the hook regarding one charge of murder -- hey, don't get mad at me -- isn't that how you can commit murder in this country and get away with it? Just look at the picture which shows the evidence -- or are you among the majority of those living with a grand delusion when it comes to what constitutes the murder of an unborn child and what doesn't?

Think on this -- over the last 30 years we have racked up well over 42 million murders in which no 1st degree murder charges have ever been filed!

Did I hear someone say we've got some "smoke and mirrors" going here?

It is time for You to act, O LORD, for they have regarded Your law as void. Therefore I love Your commandments more than gold, yes, than fine gold! Therefore all Your precepts concerning all things I consider to be right; I hate every false way.
